First determine what your ACTUAL total head count per year is for your turnover by using the Employee Turnover Calculator

(or if you have actual records you can skip this step and use the actual number of people you tracked as turnover for tthe previous year)

Once you have the total head count of your actual turnover, it is now time to tally up what the “turnover costs” are by using the “Turnover Cost Calculator”

Divide the total cost of turnover by your total annual turnover head count and you have your cost per wrong hire!
