It is highly recommended that 2 weeks prior to our visit all managers who are going to participate in the training participate in a 20 minute conference call between HireRite and your company's program facilitator (owner - person in charge). This call will brief your managerial employees to the program, the benefits to them as well as what to expect once we arrive and are under way with the training. This eliminates any "surprises" making sure that everyone is prepared, present and motivated.

In order to effectively conduct the on site training, both classroom and one on one instruction will be scheduled during our visit. This will ensure that every manager has been provided the information and guidance they need to successfully use the HireRite System once we leave. Prior to our arrival these sessions will be coordinated with your staff ensuring that the training creates the least amount of disruption to your normal workday(s) as possible.

HireRite will conduct recruiting and selection sessions tailored to your specific employment needs, either at your facility, off site near your business or remotely from our offices. During this recruiting and selection session HireRite will:

  • Assist you with creating your job description if necessary and appealing employment ad directing applicants to our 800# for all preliminary phone screening and applicant instruction
  • Review of all candidate resume and credentials
  • Telephone pre-screenings
  • Conduct face to face behavioral interviews when and where appropriate
  • Pre-employment testing if conducted (optional)
  • Review of reference and background checks provided by clients provider

Once all screening is completed, the finalists will be scheduled for a final interview with you and/or your hiring managers. You will be provided the necessary interviewing forms as well as all supporting documentation of the applicants progress to that point.
